چکیده
Hiroshima Bays is top production approximately 60% of oyster in Japan. For cultivate oyster, fishermen use hanging rafts. A thousand raft during 2-3 years the bay. Large-scale culture may change ecosystem structure and material cycles bay through filtration particulate matter by oysters other associated animals. This study described community marine organisme terms fishes surrounding animal attached on Field observation was carried out from 2016 to 2019 at farming Bay. Oyster provisioning for fish habitat were also evaluated placing underwater video cameras beneath The result showed that black seabream high biomass it shelf bigger bioyster raft. number individual, mussel most abundance attach with ratio 9:1 than oyster. Maintaining important not only maintaining production, but enhancing paths food chains Bay under oligotrophic conditions.

Highly Toxic Ribbon Worm Cephalothrix simula Containing Tetrodotoxin in Hiroshima Bay, Hiroshima Prefecture, Japan
In 1998, during a toxicological surveillance of various marine fouling organisms in Hiroshima Bay, Japan, specimens of the ribbon worm, Cephalothrix simula (Nemertea: Palaeonemertea) were found. These ribbon worms contained toxins with extremely strong paralytic activity. The maximum toxicity in terms of tetrodotoxin (TTX) was 25,590 mouse units (MU) per gram for the whole worm throughout the m...
متن کاملJannaschia cystaugens sp. nov., an Alexandrium (Dinophyceae) cyst formation-promoting bacterium from Hiroshima Bay, Japan.
Heterotrophic bacteria isolated from water samples taken from Hiroshima Bay, Japan, and referred to as Alexandrium (Dinophyceae) cyst formation-promoting bacteria, were assigned to the Roseobacter-Sulfitobacter-Silicibacter group within the alpha-Proteobacteria on the basis of nearly complete 16S rRNA gene sequences. Phylogenetic analyses showed that two strains, CFPB-A9T and CFPB-A5, are close...
متن کاملNitrification, Denitrification and Nitrate Reduction Rates in the Sediment of Hiroshima Bay, Japan
Nitrification, denitrification and nitrate reduction rates in the sediments at two stations in Hiroshima Bay were studied seasonally from August 1994 to May 1995. The acetylene (C2H2) inhibition technique was used to evaluate the rate of these processes. The seasonal average of nitrification and denitrification rates ranged from 0.00 to 299 μg atN m–2h–1 and 0.00 to 69.0 μg atN m–2h–1, respecti...
متن کاملdevelopment and implementation of an optimized control strategy for induction machine in an electric vehicle
in the area of automotive engineering there is a tendency to more electrification of power train. in this work control of an induction machine for the application of electric vehicle is investigated. through the changing operating point of the machine, adapting the rotor magnetization current seems to be useful to increase the machines efficiency. in the literature there are many approaches wh...
15 صفحه اولPopulation structure of Alexandrium (Dinophyceae) cyst formation-promoting bacteria in Hiroshima Bay, Japan.
A total of 31 bacterial isolates that have potential Alexandrium cyst formation-promoting activity (Alex-CFPB) were isolated from Hiroshima Bay (Japan), which is characterized by seasonal blooms of the toxic dinoflagellate Alexandrium tamarense. The population structure of Alex-CFPB was analyzed by means of restriction fragment length polymorphism analysis of the 16S rRNA genes (16S rDNA). Four...
